Meet Beki Tobiasson, a mother of eight, with a fervor for life. She rekindled her artistic passion five years ago, sparking an all-consuming obsession. With an unyielding thirst for knowledge, she studied at the JKR Academy for 2 years, while simultaneously learning Dan Wilson’s techniques and attending every available workshop. In the last year, she has been privileged to be guided in a mentorship with Casey Childs. Beki is passionate and energetic, and her work is filled with emotion—whether in the delicate portrayal of hands, the intensity of dramatic skies, the sentiment woven into mother-child pieces, or even the playful happiness of poppies—you can see her heart in every painting.
