Artist Biography: Denise Lafer is an Abstract artist living in a suburb of Boston, MA. Her work in inspired by nature and the impact of major life events. Her paintings are often layered to incorporate acrylic, oil stick, watercolor and pastel. Most recently experimenting with materials like tea bag paper and coffee. She currently works out of a studio in her home she shares with her husband and two children.
