Artist Statement: These small paintings are inspired by memories and photographs I took while studying painting and art in France. Through intimate glimpses of gardens, architecture, sculpture, and everyday scenes, they capture the details that made the experience memorable to me. Together, they are a collection of small discoveries and treasured impressions of France.
Artist Bio: Kelly Anne Ambrose is an Utah-based figurative and narrative artist working in a variety of mediums. Her work explores beauty, identity, faith, and the human experience through expressive color, pattern, texture, and storytelling. She holds a BS in Art and Visual Communication and has continued her fine art training at the JKR Academy since 2021. Her work has been exhibited throughout Utah, including at the Springville Museum of Art, JKR Gallery, and Compass Gallery.
