Artist Bio: Chelsea Garrett is an Utah-born artist recently returned from Nashville, TN eager to immerse herself in the local art community here in Utah. As a wife, mother, and homeschooler, she is influenced by history, museum walls, the Impressionists, and the Masters. With her artist mother, Chelsea grew up with a deep love for the arts in all its forms, and has been drawing and painting since childhood.
