Artist Bio: Christian Degn is an illustrator and musician living in Provo, UT. With a primary focus on ink drawing, his work explores the surrounding mountain landscapes in their inherent dreamlike qualities. Adapting techniques seen in the works of 19th century steel engravers, Golden Age illustration, and Pre-Raphaelite etchings, while introducing elements of abstraction and op-art, he presents a sophisticated, yet accessible merging of period styles.
