Artist Statement: Duality is the state of having two opposite parts or elements. In the darkness of mental or physical pain there still exists a corner of light. Something to hold onto, hope for, and move towards. Don’t be afraid. You are not lost.
Artist Bio: I am an abstract acrylic artist. I paint as a way of processing the world around me, both the highs and the lows. I have lived with chronic pain for approximately 5 years and find creativity and open expression to be a useful healing tool.
