Artist Bio: Kyeisha is a Jamaican and Thai British multidisciplinary artist and activist who creates work centred around people of colour (POC), specifically women of colour and their unity and diversity. Recently graduated from Brigham Young University with a BFA in Studio Art, she works as a freelance artist selling originals, prints and commission paintings, as well as muraling. Her work aims to share the joy, beauty, divinity, and empowerment of BIPOC, and explore the narratives around the Black and Asian diaspora through vibrant colour, pattern, and storytelling. She works with gouache, acrylic, watercolour, digital illustration, and guerilla art to shine a light on these intersecting marginalised identities and communities.
