Artist Statement: Coming into the new year, what I want to bring with me is the curiosity of Little Red Riding Hood and the ferocity of the Big Bad Wolf. I hope to find harmony in exploring the outer world that I live in,and the world within myself. I also intend to be open and vulnerable while emulating the depth, strength, endurance, wisdom, power, and longevity of a red oak tree.
The key word is ‘and’. Having been on opposite extremes of pouring my life force out into others and into the world, and cocooning myself into deep healing, I seek balance and intentionality.
Artist Bio: Clover is from Arizona and is currently attending J. Kirk Richards Studio Academy. She thinks deeply and has explored different modalities of creativity with much passion, including dance, music, yoga, writing, and of course, fine art. Clover is dedicated to living and creating with authenticity, fascinated by the interconnectivity and complexities of life.
