Artist Bio: Shari C. King started taking life drawing classes at a local community college and developed a love of working from life that never left her.
A realist painter focusing on portraits and still life (the model fees for still life being preferable) Shari works primarily in oil. Nostalgic leanings and a fondness for nature are often noted in her work.
She paints primarily in her studio in Mapleton, Utah, where the north light is beautiful and there's always a good audio book to listen to.
