About the Artwork: When I saw this place off the side of a small road in a small town, I was struck by the way nature seemed to be welcoming this old, prodigal home back into her arms. It made me wonder how it got from where it was to where it is, and that kind of wonder is something I'm always chasing in my art. The mystery of the unknown is ever beguiling.
