There can be circumstances, experiences and even people who can cause us to feel insignificant and small. If we can choose to turn over that hurt to the Savior He can help remind us of our significance. The scars on his hands are a reminder of the individual love that He holds for each one of us. Whether we were the offender or the offended, His love is extended to both the same, as succor to the afflicted and forgiver to the sinner. He allows us boundaries in forgiveness and is the master healer of all our hearts. Our Savior Jesus Christ is the only one who could personally know our individual pain and reaches out to us to call on the power in His name.
About the Artist:
Renee is an artist, mother of 4, and wife striving to paint images that bring hope, love, peace, connection and understanding. Many of her works come from personal experiences and situations that have been impactful to her life. Her work often incorporates symbolic meanings with color and she is particularly fond of greens and blues having grown up in the Pacific Northwest. You can find her painting during nap times and listening to Tudor History Podcasts while folding never ending laundry piles.
