Brekke's inspiration is found in the light and shapes and relationships with nature. Painting nature or memories of places brings a greater connection to our beautiful world. Building layers on layers of watercolor is a soothing process that comes through in her work. Currently living in Utah with her husband and three kids, but finding inspiration wherever she is.
