Artist Bio: This is a piece was inspired by the floor of the Durham Cathedral in England. That despite the broken pieces the building still stands and the sacrifice of Christ honored there still counts.
Artist Statement: Dayna Kirby graduated with a bachelors of fine arts from UVU in 2018 and is currently a masters student at BYU in the social work program. She loves capturing the small details and romanticizing life through her art. Holding the belief that artists are visual philosophers, Dayna hopes to refocus the lens of seeing the little things in new ways.
