Artist Statement: If you’re on the Zion Shuttle, get off at the Big Bend stop and enjoy a quick walk down to the river. I enjoy sitting next to the river, watching the light and shadows change, and soaking it all in!
Artist Bio: Eileen Guernsey Brown is passionate about plein air painting and often travels with her husband and two dogs around the West in their 1975 Argosy trailer, painting familiar, much-loved locations and discovering new vistas along the way. Whether painting outdoors or in her Salt Lake City Avenues studio, Eileen continues to explore color and brushwork with enthusiasm.
