About the Artwork:
This piece was inspired by a desire to demonstrate the strength that I feel and the strength one can feel when they are looking to God. Looking to God can mean many things, in prayer, in times of uncertainty, in our joy and in our pain. Looking to Him will bring us peace and assurance that He loves us and He will guide us through whatever turmoil we may face. But we have to look to Him. Him and our Savior Jesus Christ will be the source of true peace in our lives, if we let them. The circle shape and the triangular shapes in this piece can remind us of the strength and the eternal love that comes from our Father in Heaven and our Savior.
About the Artist:
Hello! I am a mother of four, five if you include my fun amazing (and very patient) husband, living in Tucson AZ. I love finding time to create art as it feeds my soul. Finding the time can be quite a feat with balancing life as a stay at home mother but I can’t live without it. I find the ability to express my feelings, emotions, and understanding of life through art and creating is something I truly cherish. I love to share that with others. I am also an illustrator and hope to write and illustrate more children's books in the future as well as create meaningful works of art that inspire others.
