Artist Bio: I am a contemporary painter whose work explores memory, connection, and the emotional pull of place. Before I spoke, art was my first language, and it remains my most natural form of expression. Now a mother of four, painting creates moments of stillness within daily life. Inspired by “happy places” rooted in nature and childhood, I focus on how landscapes feel rather than exact representation. Much of my work begins outdoors, painting from life to capture shifting light and atmosphere, and continues in the studio through layers of oil paint. My goal is to create work that feels familiar and comforting, inviting viewers to pause, reflect, and reconnect with their own memories.
