Artist Statement: To bring something new into the world is often mistaken for a pouring out, a depletion of one’s self to fill another. But the true nature of this exchange is cyclical. To offer existence is to open oneself to being filled in return. There is a profound humility in realized creation, a recognition that the maker is shaped by the making, and that the one who sustains is, in the same breath, sustained.
Artist Bio: McKenna Woolley is an intuitive abstract artist, mother, and creative guide whose work is deeply rooted in the concept of art as a vessel for healing. After facing the profound loss of her third child, McKenna turned to the healing arts as a path toward re-birthing her sense of self and purpose. Today, her practice serves as a “quiet meditation” of the hands, designed to reignite the inner light and discover the divinity within and around us.
Specializing in fine art, design, and intuitive abstract painting, McKenna’s work often explores themes of faith and nature through collections such as Simply Christ, Fields & Flowers, and A Mother’s Garden. Her creative studio extends beyond the canvas to include sound healing, art-expression experiences, and creative retreats intended to help others ignite their own creative sparks.
McKenna invites her audience into a felt experience of beauty and soul-work held within life’s cycles of birth, death, and rebirth.
