Artist Statement: This work explores the quiet dialogue between classical architecture and natural form. A vine traces its way across sun-warmed stone, while light softly illuminates the upper façade, creating a subtle interplay between structure and shadow. At the center, a sunlit doorway hints at an unseen figure, inviting the viewer to consider what lies within. Rooted in the enduring romance of Italy, the painting reflects on the beauty of place—where light, architecture, and memory converge.
