About the Artist:
Joy Lazarus is an artist and writer with a love of the unusual and simplistic. She graduated with her Bachelors in Studio Art and Communication from Trinity University and has since been steadily painting in her home studio. Drawn to the still, quiet moments of life Lazarus is inspired by symmetry, nature and line. Her use of vibrant color and shape, in addition to strong line, creates artwork that is gentle and serene. And, at times, tasty.
