Artist Statement: Growing up in Montana, I drew inspiration from the picturesque mountain peaks and multitude of rivers I grew to know and love. There is nothing better than flicking a few flys in late August with the sun on your back.
Artist Bio: Growing up in Bozeman Montana, Sam Thornock was captivated by the picturesque landscapes of the rugged Montana wilderness. this inspired him to begin his own artistic journey.. Working primarily in oil paints, he enjoys rendering colorful depictions of the natural world. Sam currently lives in American Fork Utah with his family.
