Artist Statement: This piece is a quiet tribute to the women artists who came before me—those who, at times, left their work unsigned to be taken more seriously in a male-dominated art world. While I haven’t faced that same reality, I’m deeply grateful for their resilience. As a woman artist today, my challenges are different—not necessarily harder or easier—but uniquely my own. I find beauty in that difference, and in the way art allows all of us to meet in shared expression, shaped by our individual paths.
